Notes:
- Weekdays Price: From Sunday night to Thursday night.
- Weekends Price: Friday and Saturday nights.

- Rooms with Jacuzzi are using the public Jacuzzi of the 4-room villa.
- Guests that are not staying for the night can only use the pool ticket once.
- Price applies for both single and double room.
- Room standard: For 2 adults + 1 baby under 1m2.
- Check-in/ out time:
- Check-in time is 14:00 on arrival at Asean Resort.
- Check in from 8:00 have to pay 100% of the room rate of the previous night.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon departure day
- Late Check-out before 18:00 will pay 50% of the room price, after 18:00 will be 100%.
Room (Standard 02 adults & 01 child under 1.2 meter) includes:
